一、設(shè)備用途machine application
本設(shè)備用于實現(xiàn)汽車鉛管的外形加工。通過鉛管料盤自動拆垛、料盤自動定位、機器人自動為沖床上料、桁架機械手為沖床自動下料、桁架機械手為切底、車削、滾壓工位自動上下料,實現(xiàn)毛坯鉛管的外形加工。
This equipment is used to achieve the contour processing of automotive lead acid battery lead pipes. By automatically dismantling the stack of the lead pipe material tray, positioning the material tray, loading the punch with a robot, unloading the punch with a truss manipulator, and loading and unloading at the bottom cutting, turning, and rolling stations with a truss manipulator, the contour processing of the blank lead pipe is achieved.
二、設(shè)備構(gòu)成machine composition
料盤上料器、六軸機器人、沖壓機床(含沖模)、桁架搬運機械手、整形機構(gòu)與臺架、除塵、碼垛、伺服電控等機構(gòu)組成。
The material tray feeder, six axis robot, punching machine tool (including punching die), truss handling manipulator, shaping mechanism and platform, dust removal, stacking, servo electric control and other mechanisms are composed.
三、性能特點 features
1)節(jié)拍13S/兩個鉛管;speed:13S per 2 lead pipes
2)設(shè)備重復(fù)定位精度高于0.1mm;The repeated positioning accuracy of the equipment is higher than 0.1mm;
3)(采用什么方式)上料器作業(yè)定位良好、作業(yè)穩(wěn)定;(What method is used) The feeding machine has good positioning and stable operation;
4)桁架機械手一體式組裝線軌,行列機械手采用斜齒輪斜齒條傳動結(jié)構(gòu),無齒隙運行抓取不晃動;The truss robotic arm integrates the assembly line rail, and the row and column robotic arms adopt a helical gear and rack transmission structure, which operates without backlash and grasps without shaking;
5)鉛管抓取模組具備XYZ三個方向上的伺服軸三坐標移動功能,抓手運行穩(wěn)定可靠。The lead pipe gripping module has servo axis three coordinate movement function in three directions of XYZ, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the gripper.
6)所有抓手均采用兩個獨立氣動抓手夾取的方式;All grippers are gripped by two independent pneumatic grippers;
7)按照鉛管產(chǎn)品要求整形分為切底、車削、滾壓等工序,分別完成沖后鉛管頂端面的平切、沖后外圓及槽等的車削及防脫倒角部位的滾壓等工作;According to the requirements of lead pipe products, shaping is divided into processes such as bottom cutting, turning, and rolling, which respectively complete the flat cutting of the top end face of the punched lead pipe, the turning of the outer circle and groove after punching, and the rolling of the anti detachment chamfer parts;
8)整形各工序整合在獨立機架上,裝配精度高,穩(wěn)定性好,經(jīng)整形后的鉛管表觀質(zhì)量好,尺寸穩(wěn)定,能夠滿足產(chǎn)品的尺寸及表面精度要求;The various shaping processes are integrated on an independent rack, with high assembly accuracy and good stability. After shaping, the appearance quality of the lead pipe is good, and the size is stable, which can meet the requirements of product size and surface accuracy;
9)各工作機構(gòu)進給導(dǎo)向均采用高精度線軌完成,用伺服電機驅(qū)動滾珠絲杠完成車刀及滾輪的進給,加工穩(wěn)定性好;The feed guidance of each working mechanism is completed using high-precision wire rails, and the servo motor is used to drive the ball screw to complete the feed of the turning tool and roller, with good processing stability;
10)換型方便,通過簡單地更換專用車刀、滾輪和抓手,即可完成不同型號鉛管的加工;Easy to change models, different types of lead pipes can be processed by simply replacing specialized turning tools, rollers, and grippers;
11)設(shè)備設(shè)置整線暫停、急停按鈕,暫停或急停按鈕按下后整線設(shè)備均停止作業(yè);The equipment is equipped with pause and emergency stop buttons for the entire line. After the pause or emergency stop button is pressed, the entire line equipment stops working;
